Just off Great Howard street is a little victorian looking Warehouse. It is right in the middle of an area where redevelopment has begun to take off. It is not under any threat at the moment but it would only take one business failure for it to become empty.
If all of the surrounding area had tall blocks then it would be great to see this place sitting there in the middle.
